It is very important we are on the same page from the beginning, and we connect on a level that allows me to be vulnerable in telling your story. I will not replicate images or create mood boards to pre plan a session in an exact way. I am a very free spirit who enjoys watching a session unfold organically and effortlessly. I will embrace the tantrums and chaotic natures of children, their free spirits and wander is what excited me the most. No need for stress or guilt if the session doesn’t run according to plan because the good news is- there is no plan. It always unfolds exactly how it is meant to.

I open my books in 3-month blocks. I generally book 3 to 6 months in advance so please be mindful when hoping to book for a session to touch base early to find out when I plan to release my next block of dates. I suggest Newborn sessions to be taken within the first 10 days of babies arrival and Maternity sessions to be taken between 28-35 weeks.

I aim to have your completed digital gallery delivered to you within a 4 to 6 week time frame. More often than not I will have them delivered within a 2 week time frame. I will communicate with you throughout the process.Please understand prints will be ordered and delivered to me prior to being sent off, so this may take longer.I will have sneak peaks available within 7 days of our session.

I live in the northern suburbs and offer a bunch of locations that compliment my editing style, my session approach and travel time.If there is a particular location you are hoping to use, I am more than happy to see if we can make this work.Please be mindful that locations will change with the seasons and the rain will turn golden fields green. If excess travel is required, travel fees may apply.

For sunset sessions, I generally start 45-60 minutes prior to sunset.Please be mindful this changes year round with the seasons and also daylight savings.For in home sessions we will generally get started mid morning.

To secure a session, a non-refundable $100 retainer is required within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Once received, this secures your date just for you.The remaining balance on your invoice is due 1 week prior to our session date.I accept bank transfer or cash.

I am able to offer a payment option to families who might like to split the balance.A $100 non-refundable retainer will be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your date.One payment will need to be paid 1 week prior to our session, with the remaining balance to be paid within 2 weeks after our session date/ before handover of your gallery. These figures will be specified on your invoice. Please specify upon booking if you need a payment option.

I am very much for embracing the weather conditions, and we know it can be very unpredictable. I will not move our session date for cold or overcast conditions.I will move it if it is unsafe. Please understand if you have booked for a beach session and it is too windy, we may need to move the location to somewhere suitable. If the weather is extreme and we are not able to move ahead, please understand there may be a wait to rebook in your session.

You understand upon booking and paying the retainer that I will secure this date just for you. If you are unable to move ahead with your session, your retainer will be forfeited.If you request to change the date for a booked session, a new booking fee will apply, and you will be re-invoiced with the current investment prices.You understand it is unlikely I am able to cover your session last minute.

Upon receiving your retainer, I will email you a welcome guide and the option of a style guide. These are filled with so many handy tips and information to help us best prepare for our session together. but in short, whatever feels you, whatever is comfortable and whatever works. there are no rules around outfits or colours, I love it all.

Under no circumstance will I provide clients with RAW images.
